UARDT believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. In case you feel that the tree plantation service provided is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the first one year of donation. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
We do not offer refund after the tree is planted. You may request a refund within the first 72 hours of making the payment. Refunds are processed within one month period.
The plant will be planted in the name specified in the “Tree name” field. The tree size is typically between 6 feet to 12 feet. The tree plantation location may be anywhere within Visakhapatnam district. The location is determined based on the approval sites provided by the government, and tree plantation logistical convenience. Since this is an environmental program, no preference is given to the user about the location of the tree plantation service. The time frame for tree plantation could range from 2 months to 6 months from the date of the payment. Any additional funding from this project will be utilized for building a toilet or a constructing a rehabilitation center.
